Job summary

Photobucket is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead company-wide data, analytics, product intelligence, and growth insights. This role partners with the CFO, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to turn data into actionable business intelligence.

You will build scalable reporting, identify activation and retention drivers, and develop executive dashboards to inform strategy and drive product-led growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
• B2C SaaS product analytics experience is preferred.
• Product-led growth experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable business intelligence.
• Identify growth levers and retention drivers.
• Build a deeper understanding of user behavior and product-market fit.
• Enable faster, smarter, and more measurable decision-making across the company.
