Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a senior analytics leader to guide a talented team of data analysts and engineers. You will set technical direction, modernize our analytics platform with Fabric-based data engineering, and drive governance and security in line with healthcare regulations.

You will balance hands-on analytics work with building a high-performing team, mentoring talent, and partnering with business unit leaders to translate complex questions into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as CS/IT/Data Science.
• Demonstrated leadership of data analytics teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analysts and Engineers.
• Modernize analytics platform including migration toward Fabric-based data engineering.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics with scalable data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Drive process automation using Power Automate and Power Apps to improve efficiency.
• Partner with business units and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
