Curana Health is seeking a senior data leader to transform our data infrastructure and build the analytics presentation layer for data science initiatives. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify data sources that meet strategic needs and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will report to the VP of Data Strategy and Governance and mentor a team of data engineers, shaping best practices and guiding delivery in a fast-paced, healthcare context.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience with data ingestion and transformation tools, including SSIS, Azure Data Factory, DataBricks and Snowflake.
• 10+ years in SQL, Python and PySpark; 7+ years managing teams.
• Healthcare experience in Medicare/Medicaid is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Transform current data infrastructure and build the presentation layer for analytics and data science.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify data sourcing that serves business needs.
• Report to the VP of Data Strategy and Governance and mentor a team of data engineers.
