Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a results-driven BI Analyst to partner with product, operations, payments, finance, risk, and data engineering. You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and deliver scalable reporting to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

You'll work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment, applying advanced SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and data warehousing concepts to transform data into actionable insights and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or similar roles.
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization).
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Experience working closely with Data Engineering teams.
• Strong data warehouse concepts and metric design.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn new business domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Write efficient SQL to analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on ETL pipelines and data quality.
• Define and govern KPIs and metric definitions across teams.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities and issues.
• Monitor metrics, investigate anomalies, and provide insights.
• Support initiatives with performance analysis and strategic reporting.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously improve reporting automation and data governance.
