Job summary

MEM Insurance seeks a Director of Data, Analytics & AI to shape the enterprise data strategy and AI/ML program. You will partner with executives to translate business priorities into data-driven solutions that drive measurable impact.

You will lead data platforms, governance, and responsible AI, building high-performing teams while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. This role offers strategic influence across MEM's analytics roadmap and technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a closely related field required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in data, analytics, and AI initiatives preferred.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise data strategies and governance programs preferred.
• Experience operating within a regulated industry environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve MEM's enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy to align with business priorities and risk management.
• Lead the AI/ML practice to deliver reliable, scalable solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Direct data architecture and platform strategies to support analytics, AI, and operations.
• Oversee data governance, model inventories, validation, monitoring, and governance.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver analytics solutions that improve outcomes.
• Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary data team.
