Job summary

Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a Head of Data to own and guarantee the company’s data foundation, pipelines, models, definitions, and data contracts.

You’ll report to the CFO and lead a two-person team, shipping major AI-powered initiatives quarterly while building a scalable data function. You’ll lead data infrastructure, definitions, and contracts, enabling self-serve access and consistent metrics across Finance, Sales, Product, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• You've personally built and run production pipelines/ELT into a cloud data warehouse.
• Strong SQL and Python, orchestration, and warehouse modeling skills, and you still want to be hands-on.
• You've built a trusted, self-serve data layer with tests, observability, lineage, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure, hands-on. Design, build, and run ETL/ELT feeding our warehouse with focus on freshness, reliability and cost.
