Job summary

You will lead early-stage capability, establish standards and operate with accountability for data delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery of data or analytics capability in a modern data environment.
• Ability to define and enforce data standards and operating models across teams.
• Experience working with third-party delivery partners and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of a modern data platform (Microsoft Fabric / lake-based architecture).
• Owns data readiness, governance, and assurance to enable AI capability across the organisation.
