Job summary

Curri is seeking a Director of Data to own Curri’s data end to end, from analytics to shipped ML features. You will set the data and ML roadmap, partner with product and engineering to translate data into product improvements, and build a high-performing data and ML team and platform for scalable decision-making.

You will lead ML strategy across routing, demand forecasting, pricing, and delivery intelligence, moving models into production and ensuring reliability and governance as Curri scales.

Qualifications

• Genuine depth in ML: shipped models into production and owned outcomes.
• Fluency with a modern data stack and the judgment to build foundations.
• 8+ years in data/ML, with 3+ years leading teams at a high-growth company.

Responsibilities

• Own the data and ML roadmap and tie it to product outcomes.
• Partner with product and engineering to ship data-driven features.
• Lead strategy for ML in the Curri product (routing, forecasting, pricing).
• Move models from prototype to production and monitor performance.
• Own data governance, reliability, and the data platform.
