Job summary

AssuranceAmerica Managing General Agency, LLC seeks a Director of Direct-to-Consumer Sales Leadership to drive a sales-focused culture within our contact centers and licensed agents. You will set targets, oversee CRM and quote/bind tools, and travel to McAllen, TX about half the time to lead multi-site teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, regulatory compliance, and building a high-engagement, diverse sales organization with clear career paths and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in contact center operations, with Direct-to-Consumer insurance sales or related financial services.
• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance landscape, including licensing, compliance, underwriting, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven success in scaling outbound and inbound sales operations, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving profitable growth.
• Experience leading multi-site and/or remote teams in a regulated industry.
• Skilled in deploying and optimizing CRM platforms, digital sales tools, customer engagement systems, and contact center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contact center strategy with a primary focus on driving sales to individual consumers (auto, renters, commercial).
• Build and scale a sales-driven culture focused on personalized, consultative, and compliant insurance solutions.
• Establish sales targets, incentives, and performance dashboards to drive conversion rates, quote-to-bind ratios, and revenue growth.
• Interact in-person with our Call Center associates in McAllen, TX and travel 50% of the time.
