Chanel, Inc. is seeking a Group Director of Cyber Risk & Security Engineering to lead governance, risk management, and security engineering initiatives across a global enterprise.

The role reports to the Head of Information Security and partners with Tech, Legal, Operations, and Retail to safeguard brand integrity. The ideal leader will drive continuous monitoring, culture of cyber resilience, and risk-informed decision making while embedding security across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
• 10+ years in cyber security engineering or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize cyber risks across digital and physical environments.
• Implement and integrate security controls across digital and physical environments.
• Translate risks into actionable requirements and drive secure operations enterprise‑wide.
• Develop and scale security awareness programs across the organization.
• Lead identity and access governance initiatives to minimize business friction.
• Advise on remediation and risk mitigation in partnership with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Tech, Legal, Operations, Retail, and global partners to safeguard the enterprise.
