Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a senior Customer Success leader to own client relationships from onboarding through long-term adoption. You will translate on-site performance data into meaningful discussions with engineers and C-Suite leaders, ensuring clients realise value from the XYZ platform and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on construction delivery on major programmes (budget scale in £/$/€100Ms to BN).
• Ability to operate credibly across all levels from field teams to C-Suite.
• Proven senior client-facing experience with executive stakeholders.
• Genuine passion for improving the construction industry and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship across accounts from onboarding to long-term adoption.
• Bridge field teams and client stakeholders, translating on-site data for all levels.
• Drive platform adoption and engagement, removing barriers and enabling value.
• Build and scale a high-performing Customer Success team with best practices.
• Partner with Commercial teams to support retention and expansion.
• Feed client insights back to Product, Operations and Leadership.
