Job summary

Redwood Logistics, LLC is seeking a Director, Customer Reporting & Data within Managed Services to lead the data product strategy for customer analytics across North America. This role defines reporting standards, data quality, and governance to deliver trusted, scalable insights.

You will align with Client Technology, BI, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to shape reporting products, drive automation, and support growth and margin improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8+ years in data product management or analytics leadership.
• Experience with shipment-level data, TMS platforms, and customer-facing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the data product roadmap for Managed Services and standard reporting structures.
• Own customer-facing reporting and governance for scalable analytics delivery.
• Drive data quality, completeness, cleanliness, and consistency across systems.
• Partner with multiple departments to embed data standards in onboarding and deployments.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams.
