Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions seeks a Director, Customer Data and Insights to define and execute the customer data strategy, analytics function, and CRM ecosystems. You will own the vision, governance, and 360-degree view of the customer journey, integrating signals from website engagement, marketing, product usage, post-sales, and support data to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CRM administration, Revenue Ops, or analytics in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• Experience defining data strategy and governance across CRM and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance.
• Deep expertise in CRM configuration, administration, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the customer data strategy and analytics function.
• Own the CRM platforms, governance, and 360-degree customer view.
• Lead a team of data and business analysts and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and narrative SaaS metrics for executives.
• Partner with Revenue and Finance on forecasting and performance analysis.
• Lead CRM adoption, data literacy, and change management across the organization.
