Job summary

Impruvon, Inc is seeking a Head of Customer Education to own training programming for our customer base. This role will build, maintain, and deliver training content across formats, including onboarding sessions, microlearning, and end-user assessments.

You will lead a train-the-trainer model and drive a self-service onboarding path. The role will transition training to a scalable model with an LMS, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve in-platform learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, training, enablement, or L&D in a healthcare SaaS or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user onboarding and training delivery across multiple formats.
• Design and maintain a tiered, role-based curriculum.
• Build assessments and certifications with clear pass thresholds.
• Develop a scalable train-the-trainer program.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on in-product learning.
