Job summary

Elixir Technologies LLC is seeking a Managing Director, Product Training to design, develop, and lead comprehensive customer education programs. You will oversee a team of technical authors and curators, spanning online courses, tutorials, webinars, and onboarding, to drive adoption and retention.

The role partners with Product, Technical Support, DevOps, Implementation, Sales and Marketing to align educational initiatives with business goals and measure impact with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in customer education, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Experience designing and leading education initiatives and teams.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team of employees and manage staffing and progression.
• Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for customer education initiatives.
• Spearhead design and development of online courses, tutorials, webinars, and onboarding.
• Define learning and content management strategies to drive efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to identify needs.
• Establish KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with customers through workshops and events to gather feedback.
