Job summary

Impruvon, Inc. is seeking a Head of Customer Education to own comprehensive training programming across our customer base. This role leads onboarding, content development, assessments, and a train-the-trainer model to scale education across IDD, Behavioral Health, and Long-Term Care markets.

The role requires building a scalable training infrastructure, selecting an LMS, and partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver in-platform learning. Remote work within the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, training, enablement, or L&D, with healthcare SaaS familiarity.
• Experience designing and delivering training curricula for end users.
• Experience selecting and implementing an LMS or comparable learning platform.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to shape in-product learning experiences.
• Experience leading, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead training outcomes for IDD, Behavioral Health, and Long-Term Care settings.
• Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Develop and maintain a library of self-serve training resources.
• Design and run a train-the-trainer program.
• Own data governance for training and HIPAA-aware handling of training data.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep in-platform learning current.
