Job summary
Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation, located in Woodbridge, NJ, seeks a Manager of Customer Communications & Data Operations to lead the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform across email, SMS, and web programs. You will shape architecture, data governance, and release processes while aligning with Compliance and Legal.
You will own the product vision, manage a diverse team, and partner with Marketing, IT, and Data leadership to deliver measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise platform.
- Hands-on familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
- Experience leading a marketing technology or customer communications roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform administration, architecture, governance, and release management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Define data standards, naming, permissions, testing, and documentation for campaigns.
- Lead the team (tech lead, developers, QA, creative) and shape its future.
- Define the product vision, backlog, and delivery plan in partnership with Marketing, IT, Data, and business leadership.
- Balance near-term asks with architectural debt and compliance considerations.
