Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to lead email campaigns, support agent communications, and maintain agent-facing platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize engagement and ensure accurate, up-to-date resources.

The role includes social media management, content development, and special projects to advance marketing goals. Strong writing, data analysis, and ESP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; internship or academic project experience in email marketing or social media is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building/formatting emails in an ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Experience scheduling and posting to social media platforms (organic content, community management) is a plus.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Insurance industry experience or familiarity with insurance products is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and format email campaigns from creative briefs and approved copy, with layout, design, links, personalization, and segmentation.
• Manage email QA, scheduling, deployment, and ensure brand consistency and list accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze email performance, identify trends, and inform future communications.
• Conduct A/B testing and document results to improve engagement.
• Manage day-to-day execution of agent-facing LinkedIn and Facebook pages and respond to messages.
