Guitar Center seeks a Director of Curriculum Products & Services for Guitar Center Lessons to build and scale a world-class education product ecosystem. You will steer strategy, design, development, launch, and ongoing evolution of curriculum and services that drive student outcomes and business growth.

This leader combines learning design with customer insights and commercial acumen to deliver engaging student experiences and measurable results across our network.

Competenze

• 5+ years in education product development, EdTech, or curriculum strategy.
• Experience designing and scaling learning experiences from concept to launch.
• Ability to translate learner needs and business goals into measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution with ambiguity.

Mansioni

• Design and scale outcomes-based learning experiences across instruments and learner segments.
• Own strategy and evolution of curriculum and education product portfolio.
• Develop measurable learning outcomes and leverage data to improve impact and retention.
• Lead development of new education products from concept to scaled implementation.
