Guitar Center seeks a Director, Curriculum Products & Services for Guitar Center Lessons to build a world-class music education product ecosystem, driving learning outcomes, instructor effectiveness, and sustainable growth. Reporting to the VP of Music Education, you will lead strategy, design, development, launch, and measurement of the curriculum and education portfolio.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in education product development, EdTech, instructional design, curriculum strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing, developing, launching, and scaling educational products, curriculum, or structured learning experiences from concept through implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate learner needs and business objectives into engaging, measurable learning experiences.
• Strong analytical and product management capabilities with customer insights, performance data, and feedback to inform strategy.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders and execute initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Design and scale comprehensive, outcomes-based learning experiences across instruments, styles, levels, and student segments.
• Own the strategy, development, and evolution of the curriculum and education product portfolio, including pathways and services.
• Establish measurable learning outcomes and leverage student insights to improve educational effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Lead the development of new education products and services from concept through pilot, launch, and scaled implementation.
• Partner with Training, Field Leadership, and Education teams to develop instructional resources and teaching standards.
