Job summary

The Guitar Center Company seeks a Director, Curriculum Products & Services for Guitar Center Lessons to lead the strategy, design, development, and ongoing evolution of the curriculum and education product portfolio across our learning network.

Reporting to the VP, Music Education, this role drives measurable learning outcomes, instructor enablement, student engagement, and sustainable growth by turning learning insights into scalable experiences and new education offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education product development, EdTech, instructional design, curriculum strategy, music education, or related field.
• Proven experience designing, developing, launching, and scaling educational products or curricula.
• Ability to translate learner needs and business goals into engaging, measurable learning experiences.
• Strong analytical and product management skills using insights and data.
• Cross-functional leadership to influence stakeholders and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale outcomes-based learning experiences across instruments, styles, skills, and student segments.
• Own strategy and evolution of curriculum and education product portfolio, including pathways and services.
• Evaluate products and identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on student needs and business performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align education products with operations, product, technology, marketing and finance.
