Job summary

The Guitar Center Company is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver learning solutions that build skills, knowledge, and behaviors employees need to perform, grow, and support the company's strategic priorities.

This hybrid role partners with business leaders, HR, cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and development opportunities, design scalable learning solutions, and measure their impact on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Design scalable learning solutions that close performance gaps.
• Partner with leaders, HR and SMEs to identify development needs.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and continuously improve enterprise learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and experiential modalities.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, digital learning resources and job aids.
• Use learning science and behavioral change principles to maximize engagement and retention.
• Lead learning operations, including scheduling, LMS delivery, and governance.
• Facilitate leadership programs, onboarding and enterprise learning initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development and improve learner experiences.
• Serve as trusted facilitator for organizational change efforts.
