Job summary

The Waters in Lakeville, MN seeks a Director of Culinary Services to provide full-scope management of the community Culinary Service Department, driving cost and quality goals and delivering an upscale dining experience for residents and guests.

Lead a team of culinary professionals, oversee operations, and ensure staff training, uniformity, and excellence across kitchen, service and dining areas. Must have culinary leadership and admin experience.

Qualifications

• Provides overall leadership for the Culinary Services Department.
• Develops a comprehensive upscale Culinary Services program for residents and guests.
• Ensures staff are trained, uniformly presented, and talented.
• Prepares recipes ensuring fine dining quality for residents and guests.
• Participates in daily kitchen operations: cooking, serving and cleaning, upholding standards.
