Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Atlanta is seeking a Culinary Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations for families served. You will develop balanced menus, set nutritional and food safety standards, and provide engaging experiences for meal volunteers.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will manage volunteers, coordinate with donors and vendors, ensure compliance with health regulations, and promote nutrition education while maintaining flexible weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in culinary arts, food science, nutrition, or related area.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, health coaching, nutrition, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute safe, healthy food service programs.
• Build balanced menus with consideration for allergies and religious practices.
• Direct meal service for volunteers and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet costs and standards.
• Lead and train volunteers; ensure nutrition education and guest experience.
