Ethos is seeking experienced credit risk officers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20+ per week) and compensation at $100/hour.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory, with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models, and exceptional document and slide craftsmanship for institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (DCF valuation, trading comps, credit risk memos, LBO models).
• Produce covenant summaries and investment committee memos for institutional stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation of outputs.
