Eyeball Factory seeks a senior leader to own the creator and influencer side across multiple clients. You will manage onboarding, coaching, retention, payouts, and KPI-driven sprints for large networks of creators and influencers.

You will oversee prospecting, seeding, briefs, usage rights, and negotiation, owning budgets, terms, and data. This is a leadership role with remote, EST-overlapping hours and a base salary plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running creator/UGC programs and/or influencer partnerships.
• Managed a program of 20–50+ active creators or influencers at one time.
• Native on TikTok and Instagram; understand what performs.
• Deal fluency with commission structures, CPM deals, usage rights, and whitelisting.
• Familiar with Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, ManyChat, Google Sheets; Growi familiarity a plus.
• AI tools daily: Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent.
• Availability for remote work with US EST overlap.
• Excellent written English; fast, warm, clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Owns creator and influencer programs for multiple clients; sets strategy and budgets.
• Onboards, coaches, and runs group chats; designs sprints and retention campaigns.
• Oversees influencer deals, seeding, briefs, and QA; manages relationships.
• Tracks performance; builds per-creator and per-deal dashboards; weekly client reporting.
