Mammoth Brands is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to shape how Lume and Mando appear through creators, partner with talent, and translate authentic creator love into meaningful brand impact. You will define strategy, oversee outreach, briefs, terms, and post-campaign reporting.

This role requires strong relationship skills, trend awareness, and collaboration across Brand, PR, Growth, Social, and Creative teams. Hybrid office in SoHo (Tue–Thu).

• Must have experience in influencer marketing and managing high-impact collaborations.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
• Consumer-centric and trend-driven with ability to translate trends into branded content.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Culturally plugged into social media and entertainment/pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Lume and Mando influencer strategy for paid and organic campaigns.
• Oversee influencer marketing execution with Brand and Growth teams.
• Create creator briefs grounded in platform trends and audience insights.
• Manage outreach, briefs, contracts, content review, payments, and post-campaign reporting.
• Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Track campaign performance and deliver results to stakeholders.
• Maintain creator databases, documentation, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creator activity into broader plans.
