The role oversees a global team of 160+ and partners with Originations, Portfolio Management, Legal, Finance and Treasury to ensure scalable, compliant operations for borrowers and investors.

The position emphasizes strategic direction, data‑driven efficiency, regulatory readiness, and strong stakeholder management, with P&L ownership and a focus

Qualifications

• 15+ years of CRE servicing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Deep understanding of CRE loan structures, servicing agreements, cash management, and investor reporting.
• Experience supporting agency programs and complex portfolios under regulatory scrutiny.
• Proven ability to lead teams through growth and complexity.
• Strong executive communication, judgment, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services and ensure high‑quality servicing and asset management across capital sources.
• Drive scale, automation, data quality, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and controls.
• Lead governance, regulatory readiness, audits, and budget accountability for a diverse portfolio.
• Build and develop a senior, globally distributed PRELS team across servicing, asset management, and operations.
• Oversee borrower relationships post‑closing and manage escalated servicing issues with clients.
