Job summary

Rincon Consultants, Inc. seeks a Manager of Corporate Facilities to provide strategic oversight and daily management of our leased offices. This role ensures workplaces support operational effectiveness, team experience, client professionalism, and consistency across locations.

You will lead real estate planning, site selection, lease negotiations, and workplaces standards while collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT, and People Services to align with Rincon’s growth and long-term needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, corporate services, or related field.
• Experience negotiating leases, renewals, and managing landlord/PM relationships.
• Experience developing and managing facilities budgets and operating expenses.
• Strong project management skills coordinating stakeholders, priorities, vendors and timelines.
• Ability to develop business cases and recommendations on office locations and capital investments.
• Strong partnership skills with Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, People Services and leadership.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on day-to-day facilities operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Rincon’s leased office locations.
• Partner with leadership to assess geographic expansion needs and opportunities for new offices or relocations.
• Identify and evaluate office locations based on operational, financial, accessibility, and brand factors.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for real estate decisions.
• Lead lease negotiations and renewals with Finance and Legal to align with long-term strategy.
• Manage landlord relationships and monitor lease requirements and renewal timelines.
• Establish workplace standards across offices and coordinate layouts, furnishings, signage, and client-facing spaces.
• Oversee office build-outs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
• Manage facilities vendors for maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, etc.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and address issues to minimize disruption.
• Budget planning and cost-control across facilities; support long-term capital planning and forecasting.
• Ensure building compliance with safety requirements and support emergency preparedness.
