Job summary

Harrison Street is seeking a Corporate Events & Experiences Lead to own planning and execution of the firm’s events across North America. Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, you will oversee experiences for employees, clients and executives, from town halls to conferences.

This hands-on role requires creative judgment, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to elevate the brand. Travel and occasional evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of corporate event planning experience.
  • Ability to independently own complex events from concept to execution.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and high-visibility events.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events across North America.
  • Plan firmwide employee events, town halls, offsites and client events.
  • Partner with Global Chief People Officer to align with firm priorities.
  • Bring fresh concepts to events and improve recurring experiences.
  • Manage venues, hospitality, programming, gifting and branded materials.
  • Oversee swag and gift programs to reflect Harrison Street brand.
  • Handle confidential, time-sensitive events with discretion.
  • Ensure high-touch experiences for employees, clients and guests.
  • Stay current on events trends and share best practices.
