Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale operational or functional improvements, preferably in telecoms or networks.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives with undefined solutions.
• Consultant-level business and financial modelling skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels and driving change adoption.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management.
• Strong product management experience in transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations/Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities
