• 5+ years of experience managing engineers.

• 10+ years of experience with modern languages (Typescript, Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc.).
• 10+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• 5+ year(s) of soliciting complex requirements and managing stakeholder relationships.
• 5+ years of experience independently delivering software projects.
• Experience with AI development tools.

• Lead two or more software engineer teams, mentoring and growing talent.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture with product and engineering partners.
• Hands-on code and design reviews when needed to guide best practices.
• Oversee full SDLC from requirements to deployment with secure, scalable architectures.
