Job summary

Bevado in New York City is seeking a Head of Content with a strong focus on video content creation. This onsite, full-time role reports to the Head of Growth and collaborates with founders to plan, produce, publish, and optimize content.

We value aptitude, creative judgment, and high-quality work over years on a resume. Expect 2–5 years of relevant experience and a portfolio demonstrating polished video work and strong storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong video portfolio with polished, engaging content.
• Experience creating videos in personal projects or for other companies.
• Good hooks, storytelling, pacing, and visual presentation instincts.
• Ability to own a video from idea to finished asset.
• Clear written and spoken English; interest in software and AI.
• Comfort working with a small team and taking feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own video production from concept to finished asset, including scripts and publishing.
• Create short-form ads for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube formats.
• Grow founders' presence on LinkedIn via video and content that feels authentic.
• Produce product demos and explainers for SMB and enterprise buyers.
• Plan content calendar with Growth lead, test formats, iterate on feedback.
• Support product marketing and campaigns, using AI to speed up work.
