Responsabilités

• Develop and execute video concepts in partnership with creative direction, translating ideas into compelling visual stories
• Own the end-to-end creation of video content—shooting, editing, and producing high-quality work across formats (color, sound, motion, pacing)
• Bring a strong point of view on pacing, hooks, and structure—understanding what makes content watchable, shareable, and high-performing
• Stay deeply attuned to platform behaviors, trends, and evolving video formats, bringing forward ideas grounded in how audiences engage
• Create high-quality content at speed: capturing, editing, and iterating quickly to meet the pace of social
• Collaborate closely with the creative leads to execute against a cohesive vision and elevate the overall quality of output
• Experiment with innovative content formats, including interactive, AR, TikTok trends, and emerging social or site-first video formats.
• Build and evolve video templates and repeatable formats that enable consistent, scalable storytelling
• Manage video assets, metadata, and workflows to ensure organized, reusable content.
