Bevado in New York City is hiring a Head of Content to lead video content creation from idea to finished asset. You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with the founders to plan, produce, publish, and optimize videos that drive engagement.

The role requires a 2–5 year track record, a strong video portfolio, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling content for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Strong video portfolio demonstrating polished, engaging content and clear creative choices.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience with ability to own end-to-end video production.
• Ability to turn ideas into finished videos with ownership, initiative and consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Own video production from idea to finished asset, including research, concepts, hooks, scripts, filming, editing, captions and publishing.
• Create short-form videos and ad creative for Meta and Instagram, plus YouTube content.
• Help build founders' presence on LinkedIn through video and written content.
• Make product demos and explainers that communicate value to SMB and enterprise buyers.
• Plan content calendar with Head of Growth and test formats using data feedback.
• Contribute to product marketing, landing pages, lifecycle campaigns and brand initiatives using AI for faster production.
