Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, journalism, corporate communications, or editorial roles within the technology industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality content across formats.
• Experience independently developing original content from concept through publication.
• Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, engaging narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own WD’s content strategy and editorial roadmap, aligning with business priorities and campaigns.
• Define content KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and present performance to marketing leadership.
• Develop, write, and publish original content across blogs, websites, social channels, and executive communications.
• Lead WD's YouTube and video content strategy, including series development and interviews.
• Manage the editorial calendar across Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, and Social Media.
