Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Director of Content Strategy & Corporate Communications in a remote US role. You will drive narrative governance, content strategy, executive communications, and thought leadership to support brand and revenue priorities.

Reporting to the VP, Brand, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape the operating model, AI-enabled workflows, and governance across PR, internal communications, partner communications, social, and content operations to elevate reputation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in content strategy, corporate communications, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive communications.
• Proven ability to develop and govern brand narratives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead narrative governance across blogs, assets, event content, and executive communications.
• Own content strategy, activation plans, and editorial standards aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee PR, internal communications, partner communications, social, and reputation analytics.
