Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate communications, with 5+ years leading a global function at a B2B technology company.
• Experience with challenger brands and high-profile moments (IPO, M&A, earnings, pivots).
• Strong executive communication and leadership capabilities across regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the corporate narrative across earned media, executive comms, social, and content.
• Build a differentiated market position in IT service management and AI-powered service.
• Translate complex product stories into sharp narratives for IT decision-makers and enterprise buyers.
• Own the news calendar and PR drumbeat, balancing rhythms with breaking news.
• Lead a modern press office program earning coverage in Tier 1 outlets and niche communities.
• Develop an executive communications engine with CEO, CPO, CIO, CTO, CMO.
• Ensure executive platforms connect to corporate strategy and narrative pillars.
