Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years of relevant content strategy, corporate communications, public relations, or related experience.
4+ years of people management experience.
SaaS experience preferred.
Experience advising executives, managing agencies/vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead Content Strategy & Corporate Communications function aligned to ConnectWise priorities.
Oversee executive communications, PR, internal and partner communications.
Develop operating model, tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.
Coach and mentor team, manage stakeholder expectations, and scale communications.
Ensure messaging consistency across brand, product, partner enablement, and events.
Analyze content performance, Share of Voice, sentiment, and reputation signals.
