Job summary

Gorgias seeks an experienced Director of Content Marketing to own and optimize content across brand, thought leadership, social, and customer narratives. You will lead a hands-on program with a growing team, building AI-powered workflows to accelerate research-to-content production.

You will craft enterprise-focused content while partnering with demand gen, PMM, and leadership to move beyond the “help desk” narrative, elevating the brand in a competitive ecommerce space.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in content marketing, ideally at a SaaS or ecommerce company.
• Built content programs with measurable funnel impact.
• Strong instincts for brand, thought leadership, social, and voice of customer.

Responsibilities

• Own the content marketing strategy across brand, thought leadership, social, community, and customer content.
• Build AI-powered workflows in Claude Code and Cortex to speed up production.
• Make Gorgias appear in social, SEO, and AI answer channels; own the amplification plan.
• Create content that reaches ecommerce decision-makers before and during buying cycles.
• Turn customer insights into programs using Cortex, Gong, BuildBetter, and Ecom Lab data.
• Write for enterprise buyers and partner with demand gen, PMM, and leadership.
