Job summary

Crazy Maple Studio, Inc. in the Bay Area and Los Angeles is seeking an experienced content licensing executive to drive our North America and Latin America licensing strategy for ReelShort and partner content.

You will build an outbound licensing pipeline, close format rights and remake deals, and shape pricing/windowing by territory, while developing regional distribution and strategic partnerships in a fast-growing studio environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content sales, distribution, or licensing with closed deals and revenue impact.
• Active SVP/EVP level relationships across major studios and streamers.
• Ability to structure rights (format/finished-tape/remake) and negotiate guarantees/back-end.
• Comfort selling non-traditional formats (vertical short drama) and expanding regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound licensing pipeline for owned content into US studios, streamers, and ad-supported platforms.
• Close format rights, remake rights, and finished-tape deals end to end from initial conversation to long-form agreement.
• Develop distribution across North America and Latin America, including co-production and revenue-share structures.
• Set pricing and windowing strategy by territory and rights type.
• Build deal infrastructure: rate cards, templates, rights-tracking, and pipeline reviews.
• Represent the company at markets like AFM, NATPE, MIPCOM with pre-booked meetings.
