Job summary

Crazy Maple Studio, based in the Bay Area and Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced content sales executive to drive licensing sales across North America and Latin America. The role is based in Los Angeles and reports to the General Manager, focusing on taking our owned catalog to studios, streamers, and regional buyers.

This is a relationship-led, senior-level role with the ability to close multi-year deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content sales, distribution, or licensing at a studio, distributor, or major streamer.
• Active network of decision-makers at SVP/EVP level in major studios and streamers.
• Ability to structure format vs. finished-tape vs. remake rights and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound licensing pipeline into US studios, streamers, and ad-supported platforms.
• Close format rights, remake rights, and finished-tape deals end-to-end from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Develop distribution across North America and Latin America, including co-production and revenue-share structures.
• Set pricing and windowing strategy for the catalogue by territory and rights type.
• Build deal infrastructure: rate card, deal templates, rights-tracking system, quarterly reviews.
• Represent the company at key markets (AFM, NATPE, MIPCOM) with pre-booked meetings.
