Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with shipped work on navigation, IA or interaction models at platform scale.
• Strong craft across visual and interaction design; fluent in Figma (auto layout, variables, components).
• Proven UX strategy: framing ambiguous problems, setting direction, and delivering with cross‑functional partners.
• Cross‑platform experience: mobile, desktop, console, and XR environments.
• Advanced prototyping (Figma, Origami, ProtoPie or code) including AI tooling for faster exploration.
• Ability to influence across teams and present clear rationale to leadership.
• Exceptional communication to tell a story, move stakeholders and document systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape the app’s structure: core architecture, navigation and IA across mobile, desktop, console, TV and XR.
• Design for every input: touch, mouse/keyboard, gamepad, headset from the start.
• Define the system UI: architecture and patterns for the app and in‑game experiences.
• Design core platform features: shared capabilities that work across surfaces.
• Drive UX strategy: frame problems, set direction with PM/engineering/data/research, use A/B tests.
• Influence across teams: align partner teams and present reasoning to leadership.
• Prototype in context: use AI-assisted tools to test interactions on real devices and inputs.
