Deel is seeking a world-class Head of Consumer Products to Own end-to-end consumer product P&L across fintech, spend management, and mobile. You will lead a global team of PMs, partner with Design, and set a bold product strategy that fuels adoption, engagement and revenue.

Reporting to the CEO, this senior role requires 12+ years in product leadership, a track record shipping consumer-grade experiences at scale, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in senior product leadership (VP-level or above).
• Deep track record shipping consumer-grade product experiences at scale, ideally in contexts like neobanks, consumer fintech, or consumer-quality B2B.
• Direct experience leading major product redesigns or rebuilds that measurably moved adoption, engagement, or revenue.
• Extensive background owning mobile as a complete product surface and growth engine.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and P&L for Deel's consumer-facing surface, spanning fintech, spend management, and mobile.
• Lead a global team of PMs owning core product areas including contractor experience, employee experience, crypto, card, and expenses.
• Drive the mobile business as a complete growth engine — setting product strategy, shipping differentiating features, and owning adoption, engagement and monetization metrics.
• Partner with Design leadership to translate a unified experience vision into a high bar of shipped product quality across every consumer surface.
• Operate with a strong bias toward ownership — driving execution across Engineering, Data, Go-To‑Market and other functions.
