Job summary

Tilt, a global consumer credit platform, is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Growth to own product-led expansion across our consumer app. You will shape growth frameworks, route users through the product, and manage a portfolio of products to drive activation, conversion, and retention.

You will lead and align product-area heads, define the growth thesis, run experiments, and decide when to ship fast or invest in durable builds. We value user empathy, data-driven bets, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong consumer growth capability and end-to-end ownership of growth initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for consumer app across activation, conversion, and retention.
• Define and drive growth frameworks and routing decisions across product areas.
• Lead experiments, hypotheses, and learnings; balance quality versus speed in builds.
• Collaborate with Credit and Product leads to maximize portfolio value.
• Orchestrate senior product leaders to execute a unified growth plan.
