Job summary

The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking an Executive Director of Connected Care, a newly created leadership role focused on leading patient access across the ambulatory enterprise. This role requires strategic judgment and operational expertise to effectively enhance patient access and outcomes.

The position mandates a bachelor's degree in a related field, with preferred experience in Lean/Six Sigma, and at least ten years of executive experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing patient support center operations and collaborating with clinical, technology, and revenue cycle teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of executive experience in health system operations.
• Minimum five (5) years of executive experience in a patient access or ambulatory leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology-enabled operational change in ambulatory access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee patient access across the ambulatory enterprise.
• Develop and maintain an annual enterprise access performance plan.
• Engage stakeholders to develop solutions for improved operations.
