United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Head of Compute Supply Chain in San Francisco with a remote-friendly policy. You will own sourcing strategy across semiconductors, data center hardware, energy equipment and manage executive supplier relationships.

You will build and scale a high-performing team, secure supply ahead of demand through long-term agreements, and lead supply risk management. A track record of leading sourcing at scale is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain for semiconductors or datacenter infrastructure.
• Experience leading a function, not just a single category.
• Negotiated capacity or long-term supply agreements at multibillion-dollar scale.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy across semiconductors, hardware, data center equipment, and energy equipment.
• Build and scale the organization: set structure and leadership for growing teams.
• Secure supply ahead of demand via capacity reservations and long-term agreements.
• Maintain executive relationships with hardware suppliers and OEMs.
• Own supply risk including single-source exposure and export controls.
• Identify supply gaps before they impact the business.
