OneTrust in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Community Strategy and Governance. You will design the multi-year roadmap, governance cadence, and operating models linking MyOT, events, references, content, and lifecycle engagement.

You'll oversee the Community team and external partners within Digital CX, aligning Marketing and Customer Success to create a connected, measurable experience that drives adoption and customer value.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in customer experience, customer community, or related field, including B2B SaaS.
• Experience building a community strategy and operating model from the ground up.
• Track record connecting programs to measurable outcomes (adoption, retention, health, revenue).
• Strong understanding of community management, engagement, and customer programs.
• Experience managing a team and external partners, including technical functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve OneTrust’s multi-year Community strategy, roadmap, operating model, and success measures.
• Lead operating models for MyOT Community, events, references, boards, content, and lifecycle engagement.
• Own the end-to-end MyOT Community experience within Digital CX, including UX, backlog, roadmap, and support.
• Lead and develop the Community team and external partners.
• Establish governance cadence, decision rights, and escalation across partner functions.
• Partner with Marketing to connect Community programming with campaigns and events.
• Partner with Customer Success and Support to connect onboarding, adoption, education, self-service, and feedback.
• Build a Community-connected Customer Reference Program with Marketing’s advocacy function.
• Lead customer and product advisory program design and closed-loop communication.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for business and customer-facing teams.
• Define KPIs and executive reporting showing Community health and impact.
• Foster a culture of customer-centered decision-making and accountability.
