Job summary

WeRoad in the United States is building a community-led growth function from the ground up. You will own ambassador programs, partnerships and online communities, from strategy through execution, with a national network and events.

This role reports to the GM, works with a lean US team, and focuses on lead generation, attribution, and creating a repeatable playbook so community-led growth scales beyond pilots.

Qualifications

• Built an ambassador or community program from zero and scaled it across multiple cities with measurable results.
• Sourced and closed brand partnerships independently.
• Entrepreneurial, with ability to navigate undefined areas and create scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own community-led growth end to end: ambassadors, partnerships and online community from strategy through execution.
• Build and manage a national ambassador network for events the team cannot staff.
• Land in‑person partnerships with co-branded events and brand partners.
• Run online partnerships: giveaways, co-marketing and lead-gen programs.
• Set online community strategy across Reddit, Facebook, Telegram and other channels.
• Measure community activity as leads and integrate into attribution model.
• Write the playbook to turn successful efforts into repeatable processes.
