Job summary

Reddit is seeking a seasoned leader to guide a growing team of Community Specialists across the EMEA region. You will define the roadmap for activation and moderation and help shape the international playbook for community engagement.

You will collaborate with regional teams to scale programs, share insights with stakeholders, and balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to strengthen Reddit’s diverse communities worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in community management or marketing operations with leadership.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Deep understanding of Reddit's identity and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Community Specialists in EMEA.
• Define the roadmap for community activation and moderation across focus markets.
• Develop and refine the international playbook for community engagement.
• Drive the iteration, innovation, and scaling of the community and moderator growth playbook.
• Inspire and empower regional teams to execute impactful programs that elevate local communities.
• Gather regional insights and learnings, and effectively report results to internal stakeholders.
